We are based in Southern California and provide services to the Development and Construction industry.   We specialize in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties.  Our company was founded in June 2005 to fill a specific need for builders: Get permits faster.  Today we offer many more services including Entitlements and Design.  Mr. Kellner used the experience gained during his career as a professional permit expediter to create a unique company that provides the highest level of service.

 

Our success stems from our highly skilled and experienced staff that expedited the permits for 12 Million square feet of new construction for Wal-Mart.
