you in compliance. We organize conference calls and track
the progress of each item.
Development Fee Review (To verify accuracy)

In some larger developments the Development Impact Fees (DIF)
can reach into the millions of dollars. With these large
sums of money, simple errors in the calculation of your DIF fees
can translate into hundreds of thousands of dollars.
We will investigate your DIF fees and verify that they are all
accurate.
Disabled Access

We can help you tackle this important issue by putting our
knowledge to work for you. We'll make the process as pain
free as possible. Negotiating on your behalf with the
city, if necessary. Making your building ADA compliant not

Sign
Design and Permits
